Tenzin Buti comes from Shigatse and is dressed in the traditional costume of that region. Her body is made of walnut dyed wool with buttoned moveable limbs and hand embroidered face and fingernails. She wears turquiose earring and has wool hair decorated with traditioanal colourful tassels. Tenzin Buti's robe (Chuba) is black wool with a traditional  blue faceing and is worn over a silk blouse(Wunju). It is fastened with a tie-dyed wool belt and is topped with a hand-woven wool boots. Tenzin Buti can also come with a baby on her back. The baby has woollen hair and an embroidered face and is wrapped in a hand enbroidered woollen carrier.
